100 stars My life has changed with one cataracts removed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kruz and his staff. From start to finish, my experience has been absolutely amazing. Dr. Kruz’s bedside manner is outstanding—he truly cares, takes the time to listen, and explains everything in detail so you feel comfortable and confident. He walked me through my cataract surgery step by step, and the results are unbelievable—going from being nearly blind to being able to see clearly again feels like a miracle. The follow-up care has been just as impressive. I received a call the very next day from Thomas Cheezun, who was so kind and thoughtful in checking on my wellbeing. It really meant a lot to know the team cares even after the procedure. The office staff; the girls that did all my exams at the 3 hour appointment, everyone at Great neck is also wonderful—friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I even called to see if I could come in earlier if there were cancellations, and they were so helpful in working with me. If you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and skilled eye doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Kruz and his entire team. They gave me back my vision, and I will forever be grateful.
