We just moved here from Ohio and I asked around for some cleaning recommendations. Nooks and Crannies was mentioned several times so we gave them a try. The service by Kendra has been top notch. We are so thankful that she has been available to clean our home multiple times. She is the professional and knowledgeable about the cleaning products she uses. A bonus is her warm smile. She is so quiet I hardly know she is here!!!!

hired these people to do a move out cleaning as I was moving out of a rented Condo into the home I bought. The rep I spoke with, Cynthia was very abrupt and nasty telling me what she was going to do rather than asking what I needed. The day they were supposed to do the cleaning I asked for a courtesy call to confirm they were there which I never got. Apparently they got the Condo staff to let them in. I had to call Cynthia multiple times and leave several voice mails to confirm they had gone to the Condo and actually done anything and her attitude the entire time was "why are you bothering me?". The biggest surprise of all of this was the call I got the next day from the property management company who said the Condo was dirty and they even asked me "did you have anyone clean it?" and when I mentioned Nooks and Crannies the agent said "well they did a very poor job?. Again, I tried to call Cynthia, left multiple voice mails which were not returned and I would up taking the next day off from work to clean the Condo myself. When Cynthia finally called me back over a week later she was very hostile and yelled at me "well we were out once and if you want us to go back it will cost you". I find it very interesting that she took my money out of my credit card 3 days before any work was done which is against the law but when it came to service after the sale she was no where to be found. I don't recommend under any circumstances, ever.

I've used Nooks and Crannies Cleaning Services , several times. And I can honestly say that I've been extremely pleased with the services that have been provided. Having been promoted to a new position within the last year, I've found it a bit challenging to find the time to deep clean my house. As a result , a friend recommended Nooks and Crannies. I must admit , it's a breath of fresh air to come home and be able to sit and relax in a clean house , before taking on another task.
