Awful experience. Large turnover in staff that is usually there interning only and have no idea how to set up or use the tools. The office hours state 8 am however Dr Collins will have a schedule starting over an hour before she even enters the building dissheleveld like she just woke up along with the whole staff. The same trash was on the floor of the lobby that was there over a week ago when we were there on a Saturday which as convient as that was and appreciated don't be fooled. This office needs to be visited by the health department. Obviously this is a private office and I dont expect it to look as clean as chain office but the same fingerprints and trash that are two weeks old is unsat in so many ways. Dr Collins please don't come back and comment asking to call the office and resolve this because this is just the beginning. My more detailed complaint that includes my child's experience is going to the DHP. You can't be a keyboard warrior with them. The dust on the daily use items and equipment is horrendous. I really feel awful for the military community that has suffered set backs with paperwork and refusal of services that have even been billed for 👀. So please Dr Collins i can tell it's you responding to all these negative comments trying to resolve the issues that YOU won't change. Where is your hygienist and assistents who are not interns I mean the ones who have SUCCESSFULLY PASSED BOARDS AND TESTING? Free or cheap labor is how she is getting the staff in there who know nothing. This is why you need an appropriate office manager with experience 🤷♀️. Please get those stuffed animals off the wall collecting dust and skin particles for years and years through covid as well. My first encounter in your office was around 2018ish and everything in the office is still the same and dirty AF. Thankfully my old family dentist had an opening yesterday and we paid cash for our services. I will be contacting Medicaid to make sure the services billed and rendered are correct as well. I hope that your day is better and you really pay attention now because I am about to open up a can of worms and I hope your billing is all correct don't forget everything is traceable and Trump is in office now so no more waste is happening. The consumers are taking our power back. Report her to department of health professions. There is no way all these people are the problem Dr Collins sometimes you need to take a look into the mirror. Please hire some staff that is actually qualified and know how to set up a sterile field 🤣 what i witnessed was not correct. Your staff shouldn't be sweeping in the treatment room 5 min before a procedure with the sterile instruments already open to air and what they are sweeping is the mess from the day before and I know this because I was the first appointment and my son was the first patient in the room that morning because we arrived before any of the staff was there and the door was still locked and office closed after 830 am. They probably opened it right before 835 because the opener was in her car and I was waiting at the door for her to open it. Camera footage will back this claim. Please don't think I'm one of these foolish patients that don't know the back end of an office because I do. That is the only reason I've even given this much grace and haven't reported you sooner. But please take comfort in knowing that if you are in compliance with everything you are required to be then you will be just fine 🙂
