I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for several years. He is very compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients. I have a back that kicks up a couple times a year. No long waits for appointment usually the same day or the very next. Never had a long wait in the office waiting room like most doctors do. He seems to take all the time necessary to relive the problem. I have walked into his office bent over with pain and left standing up straight many times. Since I have retired I have moved over one hundred miles from Norfolk and still go to Dr. Smith. I did try a local Chiropractor closer to where I live one time on a Friday afternoon ( never again), it was too late to drive to Norfolk, I ended up in the emergency room. I suffered all weekend and went to Dr.Smith on Monday, I drove home with no pain!
