“Yesterday I had a lovely experience shopping at Sephora on Monticello Ave in Norfolk, VA. I had to make a return and found some awesome finds. The customer service was great and I always so helpful. This visit I purchased some new Sol De Janeiro Limited Edition Summer Scents. I was blown away from the new scents and couldn't decide which one to buy, so I bought all free. These scents were just released yesterday and weren't gonna last long. I'm so glad I scored these summer scents.“

My daughter needed a haircut for her first day of school which was on Monday and we didn't think about it until last minute. Not only did she help us put tremendously, she did a great job and completely fixed my kids botched attempt to cut her own hair and give herself some umbrella style bangs.“

“I found this place on google. It was my first time there. I was serviced by kelly, who did a great job overall. She made a little boo boo on my thumb with the clear polish, and I didn't notice it until later. The place was clean and it was not busy at all for a friday. Both services cost $84, not including tips. 4 star because she was bothered by my questions/ requests. I like making my request known because I don't like to walk away unhappy. But they like to take it personal.
