One of the worst experiences ever. Took the truck in for an oil change and also paid the mechanic to look it over since it needed an inspection before deployment. Was told that there wasn't anything to worry about. Took it in pretty soon after that appointment to get inspected. Told us it would be about an hour wait and ended up being over 3 hours for them to just come out and say that there was over 5k in repairs needed. Told them that at the previous appointment how I was told there was nothing to worry about. They had nothing to say. Told them that we were absolutely not getting maintenance done there ever again. The woman came back and said that they "quoted a couple of things that didn't necessarily need to be done" wow. She pretty much admitted that they are scammers. Will never return.

Sales tactics are downright duplicitous. You the customer sees a price on line. You are happy with the price. You attempt to pay the price. The price is inflated because the vehicle has premium this that and the next. Right, that is the reason I wanted to buy the vehicle. Oh, and you have to pay extra for the LoJack that is already installed on the vehicle. Then come the aggressive veiled threats... we can just start pulling things off the vehicle to get it at your price. Umm no I wanted the vehicle as it was advertised at the price it was advertised plus the necessary taxes and fees. IMPOSSIBLE. The manager also stated that they lose cars all the time because people don't make their payments. Joke is on them because I had the full payment in my purse in order to make the deal happen. Why would anyone imply to a customer's face that they assumed they could not afford the payments on a vehicle? This is the second Rick Hendrick experience and both were the same. If only I could give zero stars especially for the aggressive/defensive behavior I would. It's a shame that the bait and switch they do is not illegal. Rick Hendrick is clearly a man that you can't trust with your business.

I wouldn't do business with them. I purchased a used car for my daughter that appeared to be in great condition. Upon further review, the car had bad rust issues in the undercarriage that was painted to conceal the extent of the rust. The dealer wasn't great about working with a price. I feel like I was ripped off.
