Okay ignore all the previous reviews from years ago, this place is under NEW MANAGEMENT! The service everyone in there renders is AMAZING, from toes to nails to eyebrows it can all be taken care of here. I personally recommend Ryan for Long nails and and acrylic I've been getting my nails done with him for about two years now and he has never missed. But Lily (the owner) and Hill (another technician) are amazing at short nails and gel manicure and pedicures! Also Lily does really great on eyebrows. I have also seen a few other technicians so I can't speak to their skills set, but I know everytime i go to get my nails done by the techs here it is always flawless.... read full review

Tammy is the best She does an excellent job with pedicures and manicures eyebrow waxes make me look younger the new manager Angel is so nice introduced herself to me offer me sometime to drink and told.me that she was very happy that I came in my 30 years in Hampton Roads never experienced the kindness of Angel and Tammy I would give them.10 stars if I could

I used to come here before they r under new management now and I Still like coming here they always do me wonders! I came here on February 3rd, they were busy couldn't get nails done then I went back on February 7th, they only had 2 people working I wanted a pedicure and full set guy said no one was there to do long nails so I left and walked to Mk nails and spa now mind you I been coming to Nail Pro Spa for a while now and never had any problems I think I am gonna find me a new nail shop and they are really good in there I am so mad these last 2 times been terrible.
