Arrived and was greeted cordially. Henry, the technician, was professional and quietly pleasant. Other patrons offered drinks/refreshment upon arrival; not me. Half way thru the pedicure, Henry offered me water. Salon beautiful, clean but not especially friendly as this was my first visit.

I have been to many nail salons, and this is by far the best! Karen is awesome! She really cares and likes what she does. My nails are always beautiful and perfect before I am allowed to leave. She lets me take my time in choosing colors, designs, etc. Warm towel and a hand/arm massage, too.I highly recommend this salon/spa.

The service was great. But I swear every single staff member had a phone there that was turned all the way up to full volume that would just ring and ring. Additionally there was some sort of alarm that sounded like a school bell that kept going off. It ended up not being a very relaxing pedicure at all.Please turn down your phones or put on vibrate and turn off that horrible school bell.
