Nail Service was decent, however the nail techs were very rough with my nails, and lack good customer service or at-least the type of customer service that I like to experience. My nails came out pretty decent. The owner did my nails and brows, but half job did both. She did not ask me what shape I would like my nails filed in nor did she tweeze around my eyebrows. I know that the economy is enduro g a serious inflation right now, but the prices that’s everything is going for in the shop right now it’s definitely not worth the service offered. I go to Nail 21st only for pedicures (gel & regular), since I don't ever have my fingernails done. Love this place! I am so bad about making appointments, and they always fit me in. They've always done a really fantastic job and their customer service is great. I never feel like they're rushing to get me in and out as quickly as possible, which has been my experience with other salons. It's always a nice, relaxing vibe.
