So grateful for mr fix! They got me back into my google account and helped reset my Apple ID when the apple store was absolutely no help, I highly recommend people dealing with similar issues to stop by here before going to the apple store.

A little expensive but 1-day service. Phone screen replacement. At first, as he had warned, fingerprint sensor didn't work. But after deleting all prints and reinstalling them, it worked.
