When I called in and asked about the different scents of aromatherapy offered, the answer I received was "well, I don't know...I cannot memorize them all". Since I really needed a massage at the last minute, I went in for the intro deep tissue massage offered at $55. After the massage, the same receptionist tried pushing sales on me even after I explained I was leaving town soon. Who wants to hear about sales after a massage? I was exhausted.I just wantee to pay and go home to relax. Then, I realized when I got home, the 20% gratuity was not charged on the intro price of $55. Instead, I paid a 20% gratuity on the original $100 price of the massage!!!
