Other than my appointment starting 30 mins late because they were very busy, everyone I encountered was great. Tiffany the Dental Assistant was very cool and very easy to talk with. Truly made me feel welcomed all the while being professional. Dr. Smith-Kayal was nice and efficient and answered all my questions. And Haley the Hygienist quickly did her measurements, also answered my questions, and described what my next plans could be. All in all a nice first experience. Appreciate that.
Everyone was very pleasant and going to the dentist is one of my phobias, but the dentist was very good with explaining everything she was doing and it helped me to relax. The dental tech was also very helpful. I will recommend them to everyone.
This Denistry is an amazing place, they check me in then within 5 minutes I was called back. They did x-rays, the doctor was in before the x-rays were done. Then the doctor came back as soon as they were done. You talk about professionalism, knowledge, listening to your concerns and positive feedback. This place is definitely one of a kind. I will be back for treatment but I will continue using their service. Dr. Jones was amazing and transparent about my care.
