Had my 2016 Chevy Malibu repaired for front end damage. Mr. Jackson came out himself to inspect damages and gave and on the spot quote. (which I may say wasn't bad at all) Told me how long and how much parts would be. And keep me informed a long the way. I was even able to make payments until vehicle was done. Mr. Jackson was very polite and a people's person. Even though he has his personal situation he still takes time for customers. I will definitely use his services in the future.
I'm giving this business 4 stars because of the EXECLLENT WORK that was done to my 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum. However, I'll give him a thumbs ?? down for lack of communication ESP as a FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER and that needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. Mr. Jackson was very respectful to me and I'd recommend him.
It’s sad because you want to support black owned businesses but this people are nothing but thefts. I took my car to them back in January and nothing but lies about when it will be done … still don’t have my car and they won’t answer the phone for me.
