If you need your hardwood floors refinished, look no further. Stephen Shaffer promptly came out to give me an estimate for refinishing my first floor. He explained how long it would take and what to expect. He and his team showed up on time and got started. They finished when promised. I could not believe how great the floors looked. I am looking forward to working with them again.
Absolutely incredible. This is the first time I write a review on a business which I did not hire to do anything. The owner, Stephen Shaffer, showed up at our house promptly at the appointed hour. He was most knowleable and courteous. My wife and I just assumed our floor needed refinishing or waxing. Mr. Shaffer took one look and told us our floor could not be waxed. He proceeded to explain to us how to clean the floor. He was most cordial and helpful. He took his time to make sure we understood what we needed to do. I initially thought my hardwood floors were not salvageable. This company is one of the best I have dealt with in home renovations. Steve was friendly, honest, and made this process super easy. The team was able to get started quickly and had my hardwood floors refinished and stained in a week. The price was extremely reasonable and fair. My hardwood floors look beautiful.
