Drs and staff are excellent very professional and very community oriented. The company they use to process the lenses though are not top notch. Lady few pots of glasses initially had mistakes my current lenses were done in Oct and they coating is already scratched and peeling wish they had a better lens processor

It was an overall awkward appointment and I left feeling like I was unheard and dismissed. The Optometrist did not trust that the contact brand I've worn my whole life was in fact the one that I wanted again. She said I needed to go home and call the front desk to re-confirm once I've had the chance to look at the box again... I have never in my life been asked this before. She said it was "how these things go" and essentially shamed me for not bringing the box in with me even though no one told me to do this when I booked the appointment. Just weird.

My eye exam, the office staff, optometrist, and optician are always top notch. I was initially cautious to buy glasses outside of Warby Parker, as I’ve used them without complaint for a decade. Still love WP, but the online shop is no comparison for the in-person service at Ghent Eye Care. 10/10 would recommend.
