Richard French has treated me over the last few years. He has always been warm and welcoming with me. Very professional and attentive in his work, he will even double check for accuracy. Which makes me feel confident I am getting the best care. Some Doctors can make you feel rushed or like just another “patient”, a bit cold, not Dr. French he makes you feel like a person. I love that. I like that this Office is located in the Nex. Easy to find and convenient.

Glasses broke and had to update my prescription. Decided to call and set up and appointment, and was able to go in the next week! Went in they were super nice and welcoming. I didn't have to pay for anything since it was covered by insurance, I did pay for the extra eye exam but worth it. The Dr. was very nice and very quick but thorough with the exam! Walked out with my new prescription.

The front reception was great and they were able to get me check in and out at a reasonable time. My optometrist Dr. French was through with my eye exam and answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at. I had a great experience and would be happy to come back again for my next eye exam.
