Dr Schlater was warm and friendly while still being professional, explained everything he was doing as he went. The lady at the desk (whose name I didn't catch) was the same, and very patient with me through the air puff part of the testing. If every medical professional had their demeanor, of never be anxios about going to Any appointments.
