Great Service and excellent service on the rug. I had the fringe removed and the edges bound. Looks wonderful. They also cleaned the rug and it looks so much better. I have used them for many years and do recommend them to clean your rugs.

They actually picked up and re delivered within a few days! Awesome and friendly service. Our home flooded and we were overwhelmed. They eased our worries and took care of everything.

I was able to purchase a new pad for my much loved wool rug, very reasonably priced. They cleaned and sanitized my rugs which was very important since I had recently lost a beloved pet who had several accidents soiling the rugs. I recommend them HIGHLY!
