The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped guide me in the design process. The railings were installed ahead of schedule and were beautiful. They were the only fabricator I could find that also made aluminum rails. My last set of iron railings rusted frequently being near the ocean. Very satisfied. Thanks!

I had them do two projects for my house, a bowed rail under a large window and the railing around a second-story porch. In both cases their fabrication work was excellent, but also in both cases their installation work was sloppy. Neither rail was square to the wall. I had to go back after they left and square them up. If you hire them, be sure to keep a close eye on them when they install your railing.

We just finished a renovation and so I have recent experiences with working with a broad array of service providers. Custom Railing Solutions were the ONLY people I felt did their part of our job to my exacting standards from start to finish without me having to check behind their work. The finished product is a high quality, attractive railing that enhances our view. We couldn't be happier with the product and the excellent service!! HIGHLY recommend!!
