And if you are like me and dont do the exercises because you're tried or lazy. Dr. Niblo's lovely lady staff can always fit you in for an emergency visit. Dr Niblo is kind, listens and has great bedside manners. So if your pain, try this chiropractor. And remember he adjusts your neck, he doesn't pop it.
