Call All Trades of Tidewater before you call anyone else. I highly recommend this company, I had a handful of jobs at a rental I own they were able to work around both mine and the tenants schedule. Very professional and personable. He doesn't is very knowledgeable. He will let you know exactly what the issue and what you can do to remedy the situation. Women are generally treated differently then men by contractors but I did not feel that with Mr Jernigan and his team. They were very polite, responsive and respectful. I would hire them again.
