Outstanding service and friendly employees. I would highly recommend Air Force Heating and Cooling to anyone needing service on their heating and air conditioning equipment. Special thanks to Brian, who is always willing to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy.
They installed our present H/C system and maintain it twice a year with EXCELLENT service. This weekend my son heard a bad noise coming from the outside unit. The source was a rodent that made its way inside and got caught in the blades when the system came on. I’ll spare the very messy details. We called this am to get advice on “clean up” of the inside of the unit. Brian came to the house within the hour!!!! The poor man had to wear a mask due to the stench! Brian did a great job cleaning and sanitizing and came out smiling after the ordeal! He even told me netting was available to prevent this from happening again and brought it up on Amazon to show me! My ac system wasn’t blowing cold after a storm turns out it was the compressor we have been lucky to have such a great ac repair company in Virginia Beach for the past 12-13 years.
