The owner Mr. Robert Gault actually has been awarded patents for inventions in this area - a thoughtful person. Six months later there was an electrical short in the wire running through the basement. Although it had nothing to do with the units they installed, they came out to the house, traced down the break in the wire, fixed it - no charge. Two of technicians who work on HVAC systems - Mr. Alex and Mr. Joshua are quiet professionals. Just a good company with great people.“

Units at my business on DuPont, and finally they did a brand new HVAC unit at my primary residence. The job at DuPont was a commercial one, so they had to use a crane. My landlord was beyond happy with the finished project.

“Brooks Heating and Air provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision regarding my dying furnace. They fully explained my part replacement needs and likely reasons for the failure. I also received information on recommendations for replacement systems (not a pushy sales-call, just options for replacing/upgrading existing furnace). The technician inspecting/servicing my furnace was extremely informed. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions. “Extraordinary annual maintenance service appointment. Brian, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He identified (and fixed) issues that other firms had overlooked. The customer interface (Text, email,, website) was easy and responsive. I went with KCS after my past HVAC company was absorbed by a larger and less personable company. The bigger company was unresponsive and sent out less reliable technicians. I saw KCS working in the neighborhood and called them after watching them work on a neighbor's system. “Nabil runs his business solo, and he's amazing! We had an issue with our AC, and he came by the next day to fix it. His rates are fair, and he's very skilled. He also helped with other problems, like diagnosing a faulty garage outlet and fixing a tub that wouldn't produce hot water. If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable maintenance person, Nabil is the one to call! Keep in mind, since he works alone, he might not always be able to respond immediately. We had to reschedule once due to his other job running long, but it was completely understandable. Overall, fantastic service--I'll definitely use him again and recommend him to others!“
