From the moment I walked into the studio I have been supported. Being a first time yoga student with health limitations I have been made to feel like I belong, and it has made all the difference. Alexa is wonderful and so are the instructors.
I’ve now completed 15 classes and I love that every teacher has something new and compassionate to share. Being a part of the Zenya community has been life changing in the best way possible. Everyone is kind and encouraging. I even signed up for the instructor training because I want to learn everything.
If you are looking for a wonderful environment to practice Yoga (and support a women run business) look no further. They have classes designed for all levels (I’m enjoying the beginner levels) and the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Namaste.
