Been having Edward fix my computer since I was a kid.
He told my mom he wasn't going to keep removing viruses from our computer if I was just gonna keep putting them back on.
He could've kept taking our money, but he chose to solve the problem at the source.
I finally learned some responsibility that day. ?

Truly a professional and pleasant experience. I originally came in to have the remainder of my pc built (all that was left was fans and then windows/drivers.) Had he wished, he could have easily just installed everything the way I wanted and sent me on my way. However, he took the time to explain the flaws of my original design and made practical recommendations to improve it. Additionally, he took the entire remainder of the day to make sure absolutely everything was working and functional (staying after his normal working hours.) I am delighted to recommend WayNo - Edward is super knowledgeable and patient with my lack thereof. I got a new hard drive, battery, AND keyboard, and a PC that took 30 minutes to get going now works super fast, like new. He accommodated my every request and restored my confidence in humanity.

Repair! Repair! There's now no reason to throw out a malfunctioning computer if you live in Hampton Roads. Edward can fix anything, and will tell you honestly how much it'll cost. A great tech and human being!
