I phoned to make an appointment. Phone rang until it finally went to voicemail. Left a message requesting appointment. They don't even bother to return the call. Very disappointed!!
Update: Owner phoned back a week and a half later, stating that she was on holiday. It would have been nice if the voicemail stated this. Trying to find a good hairdresser that wants new clients seems near impossible in Newport News.
