NP Dominique was great. She explained my diagnosis and provided next steps. She was very easy to talk to and she listened to my concerns without making me feel like I was being judged. She was very pleasant during my visit.
The lady at the front desk is extremely polite and absolutely amazing as well as the doctor who examined my son today. I'd like to not have to return for anything health related but if i do it will definitely be with Velocity Urgent Care.
Everyone was great and so friendly from the front desk to the person who took my vitals and the provider! I love that I can make an appointment online ahead of time, no long wait in a room of sick people. They also have masks available and plenty of hand sanitizer, which I love!
