We recently had an HVAC (gas heat & a/c) unit installed by Tommy Garner A/C and they did a great job! They promptly came out for the service call, their estimator did a great job of explaining our options, their technicians and scheduler were wonderful! The technicians cleaned up after themselves and communicated to us well during the install. We highly recommend this contractor.
Our ac unit had stopped working completely. I have an infant grandson and an elderly mother at our house and we desperately need the ac unit to be up and working. I called the office and the lady receiving calls was extremely polite and helpful. She stated I could except someone around thirty minutes which is amazing. David from Tommy Garner came within 20 minutes of calling the office for an emergency service.

We had an AC problem over the Labor Day weekend. We called Taylor Andrews who put us on the calendar for service. Jamie & Darren came out on Tuesday & hooked us up with great service & recommendations for maintenance. We bought an annual maintenance contract & we're very happy with that. Thanks to Taylor, Jamie & Darren for spectacular response time & service.
