We got a one time clean setup since this was the first time using a cleaning service. The setup and follow-up calls were prompt. They arrived in their stated window and we added an extra 30 minutes to complete everything. We had a family member at home while we were at work. She let us know the team was friendly and a 3rd team member came to inspect. We got home and were very impressed. After a busy last couple of months this deep clean helped us to reset. It felt good coming home to seeing everything very clean. This kids even noticed. I will be following up for a routine cleaning every couple of months!!
Team 3/11 is still the best!!! Alexis brought Tonya and Destiny today and they did an outstanding and timely job!!! My place always looks so much better when Alexis and her team (whoever they are that day) are done!!! I look forward to seeing them again in two weeks!!!!! Thanks. Peter Scott
Cleaning crew was polite and professional, and the house looks great. They covered all the details I never have time for: baseboards, doors, under bookshelves, etc. This is a great start for maintaining a clean space for my busy family.
