I called seeking a plumber to help with an unusual circumstance. Although they couldn't help directly with the situation, they were helpful and polite in directing me to someone who could. Any company that is willing to direct others where they can get the best help deserves to be recognized for it. This sort of honesty is always a sign of a good company that wants to assure the customer gets their needs met.
