I tried the red light bed and cryotherapy and feel great

I generally don't like saunas since I overheat pretty quickly. The red light bed is different. It looks similar to a tanning bed. I was in there for 20 minutes. Only started to get warm, maybe the last two. I did do the red light therapy bed first and then went and did cryotherapy that order is supposed to be more beneficial“
