I switched from a larger company to get more personalized service and I'm SO glad I did. They take such good care of us, are very thorough, respond quickly to any questions and are very approachable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

We have been using Southern for years and have no plans to switch, despite getting calls from other payroll companies several times per month. Submitting payroll is simple, and all it takes is an email or a quick phone call to make any last-minute changes. They take care of taxes, employee deductions, and anything else that comes up. I say the words, "Thank God for Jessica" (our contact) at least once per month--most recently she caught a typo that I made that would have resulted in one of our employees getting shorted on his paycheck.
