We have been using Southern for years and have no plans to switch, despite getting calls from other payroll companies several times per month. Submitting payroll is simple, and all it takes is an email or a quick phone call to make any last-minute changes. They take care of taxes, employee deductions, and anything else that comes up. I say the words, "Thank God for Jessica" (our contact) at least once per month--most recently she caught a typo that I made that would have resulted in one of our employees getting shorted on his paycheck. She is also incredibly quick with her responses, and I usually get a reply within the hour. There aren't words to express how pleased...read full review
