“Reception: Kristen was great. So soft spoken, and polite. Lynn the owner was at a different desk. She was loud for the setting. Making a personal appointment on her cellphone, she at one point placed them on speaker phone so she could check her calendar and make the appointment. At that point I got the entire conversation and Kristen was on the other line trying to help other clients. I do feel that was a little unprofessional to be that loud in the setting we were all in.Britt was my massage therapist. She was fantastic. My massage was a relaxing one. I normally do not talk too much during the relaxing massages because well, I'm relaxing! Ha. She relaxes me so much that I felt like a jello jiggler when I stood up. Her pressure was perfect.
