This place is a joke. There is no care whatsoever for people in the work hardening program. We are put in a room for 3.5 hours unsupervised. NO ONE ensures that you are doing the exercises correctly, using proper techniques or proper weight. After a few weeks I re tore my rotator cuff repair to the point of it being frayed. I now need to have my shoulder replaced thanks to their incompetence. I will be contacting an attorney and the board of medicine. I took videos to prove how there is no one to assist you. Thanks to PIVOT I have to start all over again with surgery and rehab, but certainly not at this incompetent money hungry place.

I was referred for physical therapy at this location at the recommendation of my doctor. I was originally being treated by a therapist who was a contractor. He was very attentive and helpful. His contract ended mid-treatment. He transferred my care to Chris. Chris was not very attentive or sociable. I was often left to do my treatment plan unassisted by Chris or a PT assistant. I asked Chris on my first day working with him, "Who is helping me?" I didn't have any assistance. Due to physical limitations, I needed help with adjusting some of the machines and with certain exercises. When I asked for help I was treated as if I was a bother or inconvenience. Often while there for treatment, I would see therapists sitting around at their desks and the assistants standing around laughing and talking as opposed to assisting patients. Chris is very inattentive and gets defensive when I would talk to him about expectations regarding my care. Many of the staff members just seemed lazy in their work ethic. I didn't feel welcomed. I was just left on "autopilot" to go through the exercises. There was also a lack of communication regarding my insurance authorization. The culture at this location is lazy and is not very friendly or welcoming. In the building, there is always an overpowering smell of chlorine and mildew from the pool. Much of the workout equipment is old and dated. The therapy tables are worn with torn vinyl and need of repair/replacement. I would not recommend this facility. Chris was quick to discharge me without an exit exam/evaluation. He also did not perform any manual manipulation that day. The day that he discharged me, I had 3 appointments remaining that I was approved by my insurance. Chris chose to decide for me what my last day of treatment should be without asking me or discussing it with me first. I was caught off guard and very disappointed. Chris' attitude regarding my concerns was nonchalant and uninterested. Quality, professional care can be found elsewhere.

I work for this company for one day, and one day only and it was the worst mistake I have ever made as far as taking a job! I work there one day I did not get paid for it. I've been getting nothing but the runaround I was told I was covered by life insurance, medical insurance, and dental insurance. They took that out of my one day paycheck yet never told me I was covered yet ! I never received a medical benefit card, a dental card or a policy number for my supplemental life insurance yet I'm covered. This makes no sense to me. They refuse to pay me. I worked one day for 7.10 hours or rather, I guess you could say I sat and watched new employee videos, but that was my time I was in that building for 7.10 hours and they refused to pay me. This place is a joke I would never recommend this place for anyone to work at.!!!
