Collin did a thorough and outstanding job of “preventive maintenance” on my 2 HVAC systems, discussed an unexpected problem and solution very clearly, and noticing my difficulty ambulating offered to change my hard to reach filters. His kindness, politeness, professionalism and expertise were exceptional. Riverside H+A are lucky to have him.
My apartment complex uses this company for heating and air. Recently, they have been checking each unit to make sure they are ready for summer. The technician, George, was absolutely wonderful. He not only did the basic check he was required to, but also passed along some concerns to his higher ups who followed up today. While on the property he would stop what he was doing and answer residents questions or check their units if they were having an immediate issue. Kris is AMAZING!!! He called to let me know that he was on his way. He analyzed my unit, told me what was wrong, contacted my home warranty company and let me know how long the repair was going to take. Now we are just waiting for the part.
