I started coming a few weeks ago and in that short time, I am walking and moving better than I did when I was a teenager and I am in my mid forties You definitely get out what you put in, but they make it so much easier to put in the effort when they walk you through the process and encourage you to take care of yourself! Being a person of size, I tend to be sensitive about my weight, but they are not judgy or pushy, just kind and helpful!I have mostly worked with Tyler, but Darren has come in and assisted me a well. Allana(sp?) is such a friendly cheerful person, she is a a wonderful person to greet you first thing in the morning!Great job alll around! I appreciate you all very much!“

1101 William Styron Square S, Newport News“Jon Sterner is the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. He’s a true master. PT isn’t his job; it’s his craft, his vocation, his way of serving others. I knew I had found the right provider when he reviewed my foot injury and then assessed the alignment of the rest of my body. Jon considers the big picture. (Who knew clavicles could be implicated in lower body issues?!)
He’s a creative Sherlock. He asks questions and listens. Really listens. Then explains details. He took time to get to know me — specifically, what activities I practice routinely and how the injury was affecting my work. No two therapy sessions were the same: Every session began with a review of basic movements and then introduced progressively more challenging exercises.
Jon doesn’t just help patients rehab injuries; he explains how to avoid a repeat. For homework exercises, he never sent me off with printouts of generic exercises and the dismissive “do 2 sets of 10 daily” many of us have experienced elsewhere. Instead, he tailored the homework to my needs and to the nature of my daily activity. The homework routine not only helped resolve my injury; it continues to contribute to an overall efficiency and safety of movement when I move, exercise, and even sit.
If you want to be part of your own healing journey, Jon Sterner is the best partner-provider ever. He’s deeply burdened to help patients heal and is passionate about helping them learn how to integrate movement into daily life in a way that supports improved health and wellbeing.“

The Physical Therapists and doctors listens to my concerns and address them by explaining why and what can be done. They have been very thorough and attentive to my problem area. They will adjust your PT program as needed and as you continue to improve. I will come to this office when needed in the future for all my therapy needs. I recommend this PT office for all your physical therapy needs.“

I even got a therapist with personal knowledge of my condition which is saying a lot because most doctors have never even heard of my condition. This place is outstanding!“

“This was my first visit to the new location. The staff was friendly, professional. My therapist Jordan Lee did not seem rushed, he listen to my concerns and provided me with home exercises that I can work on in between my therapy sessions. This clinic exudes great customer service.“
