Reception: Kristen was great. So soft spoken, and polite. Lynn the owner was at a different desk. She was loud for the setting. Making a personal appointment on her cellphone, she at one point placed them on speaker phone so she could check her calendar and make the appointment. At that point I got the entire conversation and Kristen was on the other line trying to help other clients. I do feel that was a little unprofessional to be that loud in the setting we were all in.Britt was my massage therapist. She was fantastic. My massage was a relaxing one. I normally do not talk too much during the relaxing massages because well, I'm relaxing! Ha. She relaxes me so much that I felt like a jello jiggler when I stood up. Her pressure was perfect. She was very delicate. Britt was kind, and patient. I plan to return.
Holy Smokes!! I haven't had a bad therapist yet! We have tried multiple and I mean multiple massage spas in the area and not a one of them has compared to the professionalism and skill that we've experienced at DeStress Express. There are no gimmicks, memberships that you can't get out of easily, or therapists who don't know what they are doing! We go as often as we can afford to go and it has been a game changer. I would highly recommend Troy and Brittany but Kiki is amazing as well. We've tried a few others and they were good also, but Troy and Brittany are our go to therapists! The front desk staff is also incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and welcoming! I promise you can't go wrong trying them out and it's worth every penny!!
I had back surgery a few months ago and while I am healing well, I was experiencing a lot of muscle soreness, particularly around my hips, and between my shoulders. I was set up with a massage therapist who knew exactly what to do. Nathan was intuitive and worked miracles with both my muscle soreness and the headache I had when I arrived. I was extremely pleased with the massage and booked another session with him before I left. The next day at work, I was close to pain-free and my coworkers noticed how well I was moving. I am already looking forward to my next massage.
