MyEyeDr. offers a professional and welcoming experience for its customers. The staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to make customers feel at ease and understand their options. From check-in to checkout, the employees are friendly and courteous, engaging with customers and catering to their needs. The optometrists, including Dr. Arndt and Dr. Fowler, are thorough and explain eye health in detail. The staff also helps customers navigate insurance benefits and find affordable options for glasses and contacts. Customers often receive attentive care; for example, Kaylee was patient, sweet, and accommodating, helping with good deals on two pairs of glasses and promptly addressing issues like readjustments. The team at this location is very friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, MyEyeDr. has a great team that makes customers feel valued and supported, leading to a pleasant experience.
If you asked me a year ago to review, I would have left 5 stars. Why the 3? Well, when I called to make an appointment the recording said to make it online. I did. I made it for 6pm. I've been coming here for YEARS!
Today I had my appointment. Showed up at 5:50 for 6:00 appointment. I left at 7:45pm. Why? Because they only have virtual appointments booked online - which is not very clear exactly what that is. Apparently there were 2 of us with 6pm appointments. She got called back and I didn't get called back until 6:50.
