“Was looking for a local place that does cryotherapy and went to do a quick tour. They offer so much more<br><br>? Full body cryotherapy<br>? Red light bed<br>? Normatec compression<br>? Infrared sauna<br>? Cold plunge<br>? Contrast therapy<br>? IV therapy<br><br>I tried the red light bed and cryotherapy and feel great<br><br>I generally don't like saunas since I overheat pretty quickly. The red light bed is different. It looks similar to a tanning bed. I was in there for 20 minutes. Only started to get warm, maybe the last two. I did do the red light therapy bed first and then went and did cryotherapy that order is supposed to be more beneficial“

Making a personal appointment on her cellphone, she at one point placed them on speaker phone so she could check her calendar and make the appointment. At that point I got the entire conversation and Kristen was on the other line trying to help other clients. I do feel that was a little unprofessional to be that loud in the setting we were all in.Britt was my massage therapist. She was fantastic. My massage was a relaxing one. I normally do not talk too much during the relaxing massages because well, I'm relaxing! Ha. She relaxes me so much that I felt like a jello jiggler when I stood up. Her pressure was perfect. She was very delicate. Britt was kind, and patient. I plan to return.“
