First time coming to a Clinic in the Newport News area. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming ALL the staff were. How much the Vet Tech's/ Assistance and the Vet were. They truly care about the animals they are helping.
I've had my fair share of Vets & Clinics over the years. This exceeded my expectations. I look forward to continuing my animal(s) care with them while I'm in the area.
Beautiful and clean facility. They took care of our dog as a new patient for urgent care on a Saturday. They were welcoming and took great care to help with our dog. The nurses were amazing as well as the receptionist. I definitely recommend this vet and appreciate that they took us even as a new patient on a weekend!
Dr. Cutler is amazing, she is a true snake whisperer. It’s absolutely fantastic to have an exotic vet of such caliber so close to home. We have the “exotics of the exotic” of the snake world…not your typical pet snakes, and she has never once flinched. Other exotic vets in our area were not comfortable or had no experience with the species we have and before Dr. Cutler was here we had to drive all the way to Richmond or DC to get care for our animals . The front desk staff and the techs are helpful and friendly. This whole hospital is a real gem.
