Aaron is great. He provides a lot of information and is able to explain it well. I also like that he admits that he doesn't know everything and is willing to figure it out, which is good because no one knows everything. He listens to what I want and I believe him when he says it's just advice and that it's my choice on what to do. In my experiences, especially with money, a lot of people seem to get upset when you don't follow their advice even when it's not their money. So that is refreshing. I have already seen more growth in one month in my new accounts versus when my accounts were at another institution. Highly recommend Aaron and First Command.

Don't even consider that one star review; First Command can't just "make your credit worse", and you have to schedule an appointment. You could walk into the office and ask to make an appointment (I use Scott, and he's great). If you're in debt and military he can absolutely help create a path to reach your goals, or even show you why your goals might not be realistic. I have a sizable but easy to understand portfolio, along with meaningful suggestions made specifically for my wife and I, and I've paid a whopping $0.00. Nearly everyone in the office is prior military, was incredibly flexible to my schedule, and I left my three appointments considerably more ready to achieve my financial goals.If you have questions about retirement, Skillbridge, income/spending habits, I strongly suggest you invest the time now so you're not suffering in the future.-SSgt S
