Was looking for a local place that does cryotherapy and went to do a quick tour. They offer so much more

I tried the red light bed and cryotherapy and feel great

I have been waiting for a business to open that offers cold plunging in the Hampton roads area. Onelife fitness isn't interested. Cold plunging and cryotherapy have shown to have great benefits, and I'm surprised it hasn't caught on here. Anyway, I'm soooo glad Fire and Ice opened up. It's a little pricey, but I guess that's the benefit of being the only option in town. I highly recommend stopping in if you want to step up your recovery.
