My 97 year old mom saw a mouse and they sold her $1000 for some caulking and spray. It took them 2 hours to do. Then they sold her a quarterly treatment too! My mom definitely didn't know how much or what she was paying for. She is hard of hearing and didn't understand what they were selling her. These people will take advantage whenever and wherever they can.

Signed up for services and they were able to come out next day. David Shafer treated my house and did so quickly and throughly. He and Josh, who gave me th original great priced quote, answered all my questions and were very responsive to any concerns I had. Would definitely recommend

I wish I could give 10 stars for costumer service and quality of work. Josh was my Sales person. He understood my budget and offered me the best solution. I had 3 other companies come. They were by far the best value. They are very lucky to have Josh working for them. We had a few issues and Josh took care of everything for me.
