We have used E&R for the past few years. They came and incapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. From start to finish of that project, they were great to work with. We have them come out yearly to check and service the dehumidifier and inspect the crawl space for moisture and pests. They are always prompt and knowledgeable. We are in the process of selling our home and I wanted to be sure that the next owner would be able to have the home serviced if they chose. They were helpful in navigating this and setting things up. Highly recommend!
I inherited this company from the former owner of my home. Always used colonial in the past. I am amazed at how personable and professional they are. The office staff was very helpful in getting service technicians to come out and do my annual termite inspection even when I worked night shift. They performed it without waking me up! They have always been very quick to respond to any of our concerns when I ask for a special visit. When they come to do a regular service they address any specific needs we have.
