Our furnace needed repair and I called Dans Heating and Air Conditioning, we've used this company before and have always been very satisfied with their work. Devon was very courteous, friendly and very professional. He quickly figured out what was wrong and found the replacement piece, picked it up and installed it in a timely manner.
Dans Heating, is White Glove service! My Heat went out yesterday & Dans Heating Air Conditioning sent a Tech out Immediately. Dawon was excellent he answered all my questions & gave me advise on how to better have my unit serve me better. He took his time & was very attentive to all my concerns. He inspected my vents & even replaced a part that may have needed to be addressed in the future, but decided to replace it now. I would highly recommend this company to any & everyone who needs Heating & or Airconditioning services. The Best Service I've had in a Long Time!
My second time using Dan’s heating and air was even better than last. Not only did they repair my AC but they also showed me a few things to do in order to diagnose the problem myself which most companies would not do in fear that they would lose business. They are family owned and operated and that’s value you can’t find anymore. The office Manger Keisha is very professional and polite. Even after my 100 phone calls and calling her on lunch breaks, I’m sure I drove her crazy lol, she was still very polite to me and always returned my calls.
