I specifically went by their shop to have a Honda key cut by the cylinder code. They were able to do it when other shops were either unable or did not have the blanks. When they were demonstrating the key functioning the Technician was not happy with the movement. He asked if I could leave it as a personal challenge. 2 hours later he solved the issue and it works like an expensive watch. He did not want me to return to Richmond and be disappointed. Had an issue with my 40+ year old Sears deadbolt lock being loose and not aligning correctly. Arranged an appointment and JD (Big Bearded Guy) called prior to his arrival. After some patience and finesse he was able to figure out how to disassemble the lock. Then tighten everything up and properly align the two halves of the lock to match. Great job. This has been my go to Locksmith Company since I moved to Virginia in 1985. If you need car keys programmed they do it all. Their prices are extremely fair as well.
