Friendly staff very helpful. It is a small shop so they don't carry everything but they do have all the ranks etc that you need. Also ask the teller to show you the csps they have for sale from under the counter.

Friendly, helpful folks working here. I came for pants today for my son (after phoning first) and sizes were limited to younger boys and very large men. They were willing to order pants in the future as requested. They do have an outstanding supply of handbooks, patches, shirts, socks, and belts. Prices are fair and customer service is top notch. Also a wonderful place to check in on scouting events in the area. If you are new to Hampton Roads, they have all the information you need to find a local troop and get scouting.

We've been Scouts stationed all over the country and this is by far the most disappointing Scout Shop we've experienced. They are too small to be well stocked on anything, and most of the time we go we leave empty handed.Today was probably the last time. Easier to just buy online.
