I stumbled across this studio on Yelp. I have had some pretty terrible color and cuts in the recent and distant past. Lauren not only listened to me, but gave me on point suggestions and made every effort to use as little color as possible to achieve the results I wanted. Which was actually her idea, not mine. She gave me the best cut I've had in a very long time and my color came out exactly as I had hoped. AND her prices are very reasonable. She is very friendly. The only thing I'd change is having a 30 minute scalp massage
My entire family visits Lauren for our hair care. My husband gets a regular haircut -- sometimes with,scissors and sometimes with a razor. He's happy either way. Lauren both colors and cuts my hair. I have curly/wavy hair, which she knows how to cut well. She really strives to ensure we're happy with the results. Bless Your Heart is located among other salons just off Route 64 in Newport News. Parking is easy and ample.
