Becker Dental Care

I thought Dr. Becker was pretty ok. I really like his office staff, and his hygienist are awesome. My little boy is very difficult but one of the senior ladies has the greatest effect on him, and she can do all his cleanings without any trouble. Dr. Becker was kind and gentle with me, and I believe he gave me great advice. My only complaint is some things seem very expensive but I guess that's not necessarily his fault. I wish I could afford to see him more but they don't do payment plans, so I just get the work I need done when I can.

I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Becker and his staff. Dental work is never enjoyed but without it, imagine the misery. For those that make it their profession, give thanks to a difficult endeavor.

The dentist himself is indeed a disinterested boring one, he filled a new cavity I wasn't even aware of and every since I've been having problems with that tooth, lost alot of sleep. They saw me again at no charge but were not able to resolve the issue, they told me to just go see a specialist and use a prescription rinse. The other staff is quite friendly, thus the overall customer service experience was good. I would avoid this dentist!! Problem still unresolved, they might have cracked my tooth... Sending me to a orthodontist now, looks like at least $1000 more to go... As a follow up I went back (I insisted) and the dentist this time recognized that he did a poor job with the filling so he redid the whole thing, now I am feeling relief, although I occasionally still have problems, the dentist did not charge for the follow up. What a nightmare!
